Dear Ritter Church Family,

As we step into the month of March, we find ourselves in the season of Lent—a time for reflection, repentance, and spiritual renewal. This season offers us the opportunity to draw closer to God, to renew our commitment to Him, and to grow in our faith.
Lent is a time of preparation as we look forward to the celebration of Easter—the resurrection of our Lord. It reminds us that through the death and resurrection of Jesus, we have been given new life. During this season, we are called to reflect on the sacrifice that Jesus made for us and to respond with gratitude, humility, and a renewed desire to follow Him.

As we walk this Lenten journey together, I encourage you to consider how God is calling you to grow during this time. Whether through prayer, fasting, acts of service, or reading His Word, let us commit ourselves to seeking His will and living out His love in tangible ways.
This month also brings with it the promise of spring—new beginnings, fresh starts, and the renewal of life all around us. Just as the earth begins to bloom and grow, may we, too, experience spiritual growth and renewal as we seek God’s presence in our lives.
Please join us for the various opportunities to worship, pray, and serve during this season. Our Lenten services, Bible studies, and community outreach programs will provide spaces for us to grow together in faith and fellowship.

Thank you for being a part of this wonderful church family. I am deeply grateful for each of you and the ways in which we support and encourage one another in our walk with Christ. Let us continue to encourage each other and lift one another up in prayer, especially as we journey through this season of Lent.
May God bless you richly in this season of reflection and renewal. I look forward to seeing how He will move in our hearts and in our church throughout the month of March.

In Christ’s Love,
Pastor Steven
