From the Pastor's desk:
“Let us not grow weary in doing good, for at the proper time we will reap a harvest if we do not give up.” — Galatians 6:9
Dear Ritter Church Family,
As October arrives and the seasons begin to shift, I’m reminded how faithful God is in every chapter of life. Just as the leaves change and the air cools, God continues to shape and renew us as His people. Each season brings new opportunities for growth, gratitude, and service.
This is a beautiful time to pause and reflect on how God has been at work among us here at Ritter Church. I’ve seen His love in your acts of kindness, your willingness to serve, and the way you show up for one another week after week. Whether through worship, prayer, or sharing a meal together, we are witnessing a harvest of grace that only God can bring.
As we look ahead, let’s continue planting seeds of hope in our neighborhood and community. Our mission remains the same—to love God, love people, and be a light right here on Ritter Avenue. Even small acts of faithfulness make a difference when they’re done in Jesus’ name.
Let’s keep walking together with hearts full of gratitude, trusting that God will continue to grow what we have planted. May this October be a month of joy, peace, and renewed strength for each of us.
With love and blessings,
Pastor Steven Bales
